Each quarterly assessment is a 2-hour zoom meeting to complete the assessment, identify opportunities, then set your targets for what you will achieve.
Write or re-write your business plan to become the map of your journey towards your ultimate goal. Infused with your core values throughout. Completed by Evertrue in close consultation with you, allowing you to get on with the day-to-day running of your business.
